This natural knitting wool, available in two- or three-ply versions, comes from Tyrolean mountain sheep and is regionally sourced and dyed in an environmentally friendly way. It stands out for its robust character and is especially well suited for socks, jackets, and other durable knitting projects.
Its high lanolin content makes the wool breathable, dirt-resistant, and pleasantly warm - ideal for long-lasting, easy-care garments.

100% Tyrolean mountain sheep wool
The knitting yarn is dyed as follows: the dyes used do not contain any prohibited azo dyes in accordance with Annex I of Directive 76/769/EEC, as amended, and comply with the current regulations on consumer goods as well as the applicable REACH requirements. Furthermore, the dyes are selected in accordance with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 criteria.

We recommend hand washing with our lanolin-based wool detergent. The knitted item can also be washed in the washing machine using a cold wool cycle with a low spin speed.
